Complying regulated pool or spa barrier inspection and Pool Safety Certificate:
Our Certifier pool inspector will carry out a detailed inspection of you pool area, pool barrier and fencing. If all is compliant with the pool or spa and the barrier we will issue your Form 23-Pool Safety Certificate.
Non-complying swimming pool or spa site inspection and report:
Our Certifier pool inspector will carry out a detailed inspection of your pool area, pool barrier and fencing. Then prepare a comprehensive report including photos highlighting all areas that are not compliant with current QLD regulations and Australian Standards. We will issue your Form 26 Pool Safety Nonconformity Notice and include in the report suggested methods to resolve all the noncompliant items as detailed in section 5 of the Form 26. You then have 90 Days to bring the pool to be compliant.
Reinspection of the existing non-compliant swimming pool or spa barrier and issuing of your Form 23-Pool Safety Certificate:
Our Certifier pool inspector will carry out a reinspection to check the compliance and quality of the rectified work to the existing barrier. If all rectification work is compliant we issue your Form 23-Pool Safety Certificate.
Repairs and Reification of your existing non-compliant swimming pool or spa barrier:
We can if requested provide you a detail all-inclusive quotation to repair all or some of your non-compliant barrier defects. With a, up to date working knowledge of all pool standards and requirements we can repair your barrier correctly first time, when we complete the reification work there are no re-inspection fees.
